This Policy explains how Jayson’s Sport Picks handles information used to operate accounts, memberships, billing and account messages, support, and the consent-based free-picks list.

No legal seller is configured or offering paid enrollment while the launch remains paused.

Information collected

• Email address, authentication identifiers, session data, and account-role information.
• Stripe customer, subscription, Price, invoice, checkout, payment-status, and billing-period identifiers.
• The app does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
• Email consent, unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, suppression, and delivery-audit records.
• Support communications and administrative audit records.
• When analytics is both enabled and consented to, attribution values such as campaign parameters and referrer may be stored in a first-party cookie or browser storage.
• Basic security, request, error, and operational logs needed to protect and run the service.

How information is used

• Authenticate users and enforce member and administrator access.
• Create checkout sessions, synchronize billing, provide the billing portal, and resolve payment issues.
• Deliver requested service messages and marketing only to addresses with qualifying consent.
• Honor unsubscribes, bounces, complaints, and permanent suppression records.
• Detect abuse, prevent duplicate operations, investigate failures, and maintain audit history.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, payment-network, and consumer-protection obligations.

Service providers

The service uses Supabase for database and authentication functions, Stripe for billing, Resend for email when enabled, and Vercel for application hosting. Optional Google, Meta, or TikTok analytics scripts remain disabled unless analytics is explicitly enabled and the browser has recorded consent. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and sale

Personal information is not sold. It may be shared with the service providers above, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect users, resolve fraud or disputes, or comply with law. Email suppression data is retained and shared only as needed to honor opt-out obligations.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including durable consent, billing, grading, security, and suppression history. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Use the unsubscribe link in marketing email; qualifying requests are applied immediately in the app.
• Manage recurring billing through the online Stripe customer portal.
• Do not grant analytics consent if you do not want optional advertising or measurement scripts.
• Contact support@jaysonssportpicks.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records the operator must retain for legal, billing, security, or suppression purposes.

Age restriction and changes

The service is intended for people 21 and older and is not directed to children. Material Policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date and additional notice where required.
