These Terms govern use of Jayson’s Sport Picks. By using the site, creating an account, or purchasing a membership when enrollment is available, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

No legal seller is configured or offering paid enrollment while the launch remains paused.

1. Informational service only

• The site publishes owned or admin-curated sports picks and related commentary for informational purposes.
• The site does not accept, place, transmit, or settle wagers and does not hold customer gambling funds.
• No pick, result, win rate, unit result, or membership promises a win, profit, or particular outcome.
• Sportsbooks can move or remove lines. You may not be able to obtain the line or price shown at release.
• There is no guaranteed number or frequency of picks. Some days may have no release.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 21, be legally permitted to view this content and participate in any separate wagering activity where you live, and use only lawful, regulated wagering services. The operator does not determine whether wagering is lawful for you.

3. Accounts and access

• Use an email address you control and keep magic links and account access private.
• Membership access depends on the authoritative subscription status and period received from Stripe.
• Do not share, resell, scrape, republish, or commercially redistribute protected picks or account access.
• Access may be suspended for fraud, security abuse, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms.

4. Recurring membership terms

• The exact price, currency, billing interval, and included access are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout.
• Memberships renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled.
• No trial, setup fee, discount, or promotional term applies to the current catalog.
• You can stop future renewals through the online Stripe billing portal linked from the account page. Cancellation normally leaves access active through the paid period and stops the next renewal.
• Completed charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the operator confirms a billing or access error. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

5. Results and corrections

Official performance includes every qualifying prospectively published public and member release in the fixed windows shown on the results page. Corrections and regrades require a reason and an audit trail; they do not move a pick into a more favorable time window.

6. Responsible use

Do not treat picks as income, borrow to wager, chase losses, or wager money needed for living expenses. Review the Responsible Gaming resources and stop if gambling is causing harm.

7. Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable for maintenance, security, data-integrity, legal, payment, or operational reasons. Material changes to recurring membership terms apply prospectively and will be disclosed as required by law.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for wagering losses, sportsbook decisions, line movement, or decisions you make from informational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
